Item 7.01    Regulation FD Disclosure

On July 27, 2022, Matthews International Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable August 22, 2022 to stockholders of record August 8, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
